Privacy notice
This notice applies to Colony Fieldnotes at pax-autocratica.com. It does not describe the privacy practices of PAX AUTOCRATICA or its developers.
Who operates this site
Colony Fieldnotes is an independently operated information website. For questions about this site or this notice, email zplpreviewcontract@gmail.com. This is the site operator’s contact, not game support.
Browsing this site
The current site offers static pages and external links. It has no account registration, sign-in, payment, comment or upload forms. We do not request game credentials, save files or purchase details.
The current pages do not load advertising scripts, analytics tags, embedded videos or remote fonts, and do not set first-party tracking cookies.
Hosting and request information
Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery. Loading a page necessarily sends network information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to the hosting provider. Cloudflare may process request logs and security information to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices. We do not promise that browsing is anonymous or that hosting records are immediately deleted.
If you contact us
Sending email shares your email address and whatever you include with the site operator and the email providers involved, including Gmail. We use that correspondence to respond to your request and address site issues. Please include only what is needed and do not send passwords, verification codes or payment information.
You may contact the same address to request access to or deletion of correspondence held by the site operator. We will assess the request and any applicable retention obligations; we cannot control records independently held by third-party providers.
External links
Official game pages, Steam, YouTube and other external destinations have their own operators and privacy policies. Those websites receive requests when you follow a link. They are not loaded here as embedded players.
Earlier scripts and browser settings
Earlier versions of this site included third-party advertising and analytics scripts and a service-worker file that could load external code. Those integrations have been removed from the current pages. Removal does not erase information that external services may already have processed.
A small local maintenance script attempts to remove this site’s old service-worker registrations, push subscriptions and cached site files. It does not ask for notification permission or register a new worker. Browser restrictions can prevent cleanup, and a worker already controlling an open page may remain until that page is closed.
If you previously allowed notifications, remove this site’s notification permission and clear its site data in your browser settings, then close all tabs for this site. The website cannot automatically revoke every browser permission.
Changes and questions
Material changes will be reflected in this notice and its update date. Privacy questions about this independent site can be sent to zplpreviewcontract@gmail.com. For the game’s privacy practices, consult its official website .
